Indications for Use To enhance and expedite effects of self massage to regain range of mobility and relief from aches and pains due to tightened muscles, congestive headache and stiff joints.

Directions for Use FOR EXTERNAL USE ONLY. Using the roll-on applicator, apply oil lightly as a thin film over the affected parts such as temples and forehead, joints, muscles, stiff neck, etc., and massage gently with your fingers briefly in a circular motion. Repeat if needed. Individual results may vary.
